Do I need to already be a licensed insurance broker?
No. We have openings for both licensed and unlicensed brokers. If you're not licensed yet, we'll guide you through exactly what's needed to get there — it's not as complicated as people think.
How is pay structured?
Our broker roles are straight commission, with no cap on your earning potential. That means your income is tied directly to your effort, not a fixed salary — a good fit if you want more control over what you earn.
Is this full-time or part-time?
Both. We have full-time and part-time openings for Licensed Insurance Broker, Unlicensed Insurance Broker, Admin, and Dialer roles, so you can find a fit that matches the time you have available.
Do I need sales experience to apply?
Not necessarily — we're looking more for drive, coachability, and a willingness to grow than a specific resume. What matters most is whether you're self-motivated, professional, and genuinely interested in building something long-term.
What does the hiring process look like?
